Me and my team (as well as anyone else you may hire) work as one synchronized unit on wedding day. Our consultations and wedding guide will help you with organizing your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different lighting...etc. On your wedding day, all we want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. We shoot primarily photojournalism/documentary candids with editorial touches and posed moments during formals! Always true to color by default (although yes if requested we can do the trendy filters like the "sepia photographer") for a timeless look. We love to capture weddings of all sizes, cultures, and aesthetics!

Vandreena, Ngoc, Mark and I (Ally) are the lead photographers/videographers. We all do both photo and video interchangeably. In addition to my leads, I have an 5 person team of photographers and videographers they will work with to capture your day. We all shoot in the same style, bright and true to color using a mix of natural light and flash. All editing is done personally by me to farther maintain a consistent style throughout the team - both photo and video.

Fun fact, 90% of weddings require travel a hour + away, therefore I've honestly never met a wedding vendor who doesn't travel. Personally I prefer traveling and have captured weddings in 35 states however I currently live in Georgia. I don't charge travel fees simply because overtime I've found ways to travel affordably. Ok but what if a flight gets delayed/cancelled? What if you're sick? Traveling is such a normal part of most wedding vendors routines - we have systems in place. Such as ;
Always scheduling flights to arrive a day or 2 before wedding day - often I'll even be able to attend rehearsal!
I also purchase flight insurance.
I always have a local backup "just in case" person with a similar style as me who could step in if need be in an emergency situation where my team traveling isn't an option.

We have been to so many venues across the country from ballrooms to Disneyworld to state parks and more! We always do extensive online research, even if its a venue we have been to before. It's also standard for us to arrive at the venue early the day of and be sure to perform a walk through to scout out the best locations. Sometimes we are able to attend rehearsal the evening before.

Statistically, there are 348 wedding venues in Georgia, with the majority of weddings happening on Saturday, lets say we do 1 wedding a week, with 52 weeks it'd take over 6 years to visit every venue. Assuming you never repeat a venue, no new ones open/close, you don't travel out of state, and you don't fill your limited days with any backyard weddings or elopements not at a traditional venue.

My quotes range from $750 elopements to $1,500-$6,500 for weddings depending on what all is needed. A 12 hour photo/video/drone package with engagement session is significantly more than a 5 hour photo only wedding quote. If you go to the investment tab and inquire, you'll receive a quote immediately! I work with all budgets and offer payment plans as well as Afterpay.

All you need to secure your date is a $1,000 (1 year in advance) or 50% of total cost (if booked less than a year in advance) retainer, and a signed contract! An invoice and contract will be emailed to you after our initial consultation and quote. You will then be added to my calendar! Your final payment is due 3 weeks before wedding date.

Your invoice accepts all major credit cards right within the invoice! Afterpay (split in 4) is now available as well upon request with an additional 5% processing fee! If Zelle is preferred, that is an option as well - all payment methods done outside of the invoice, will be reflected in your invoice as paid, and payment method recorded. Payment plans are available as well.

I usually try to edit a couple of sneak peaks within 48 hours! You then will receive an online gallery link with ALL of your UNedited photos within 7 days of your wedding. Edited images will be delivered in 7 business days (portraits); or 6 weeks (weddings.) You can download all of the photos from the gallery, share them, choose your favorites, and order prints! Single images can be downloaded as well. Printed images should be delivered to your home within 3 weeks of selecting prints from your edited gallery

During an event, both I and any of my associate photographers only use cameras that allow shooting to 2 memory cards simultaneously. This instantly creates a backup of every image in the camera. Afterwards we separate the primary cards from the backup cards, should anything happen to one set. Images are then copied to both a SSD drive and a cloud backup - as well as your personal gallery. My insurance covers data recovery costs in the event of any data loss. Your personal gallery is available for 3 months after final delivery of all images, unedited and edited. Edited images are stored in both the cloud and external hard-drive for up to 1 year.

Although an artist at heart, I take pride in my business and maintain the utmost level of professionalism in all aspects, from insurance to service!
